These terms govern the use of the 11EDGE site (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
11EDGE is a platform for analysing and visualising professional table tennis data (match results, ITTF rankings, player statistics, market odds). The Service is currently provided free of charge and in open access.
2. Access to the Service
Read access does not require an account. Some future features may require creating an account via our authentication partner Clerk. The Service is provided "as is", 24/7 within reason, with no absolute availability guarantee.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy or massively redistribute the content; (b) bypass technical security measures (rate-limit, anti-bot); (c) use the Service for illegal activities; (d) attempt to harm the Service's technical integrity. Any abusive use may result in access being blocked.
4. Informational nature of the data
Information published — including aggregated odds — is provided strictly for informational and documentary purposes. It does not constitute advice, a recommendation or an incitement to bet. 11EDGE is not a betting operator and is not affiliated with any bookmaker. Using this data for financial or betting decisions is solely at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
Design, code, interfaces, visualisations and derived analyses are the property of Valentin Catherine. Raw sports data comes from third-party sources (WTT, ITTF, odds aggregators) and remains the property of their owners. No commercial exploitation rights are transferred to the user.
6. Move to a paid model
11EDGE reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future (premium subscription). Any change will be announced in advance and will never apply retroactively to features currently offered free.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11EDGE shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, or any use made of the published data. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount potentially paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the damage.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you can request its deletion at contact@11edge.io. 11EDGE may suspend access in case of abusive use.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, after a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
